It is sad that politics has basically become a game of allegiance. You are not allowed to think anything positive about the other side. They are evil and will work tirelessly to destroy your way of life. Leading us to swear allegiance and put on our allegiance blinders and ear muffs and refuse to accept anything against our "beliefs".
And yet, the majority of people want the same thing out of life.
The ability to do what they love, with people they love, food, shelter, health insurance, and a free ipod.
In the end...isn't all our blood a light shade of purple?
